FAT BURNING FOODS

Fat burning foods are foods that burn more calories than the calorie content of the food itself, thereby fighting stored fat. The secret to losing weight is to eat and drink the right kinds of foods until you are full and satisfied. So you can say that it is an easy and interesting way to reduce the belly fat.

Now cutting short all the crap as I know u would be more interested to know the what are the examples

PROTEINS

The food with high protein content is a good fat burning food. As protein is a kind of nutrient Which takes more calories to digest than carbos or fats. Moreover it helps to build muscle.Eg- EGGS, CHICKEN, FISH, SOYABEAN ,BEANS . You can also eat red meat but i will not recommend it as it has some bad fats.

OATMEAL

This one is my favourite as it showed great results for me. It is tastes better than daliya. It contains soluble fiber which helps in fat burning.

APPLES

Pectin in apple restricts the cells to absorb the fat; and also encourages water absorption from the food which helps in releasing the fat deposits from the body.

FRUITS

Fruits rich in VITAMIN C like limes, lemons, oranges, guava, grapefruit and tangerines have fat burning properties

CHILLIES

Foods containing chillies or cayanne pepper are considered to be as foods that burn fat. Chillies contain capsaicin that helps in increasing the metabolism. They are effective as they increases the body temperature hence metabolism.

OTHER FOODS LIKE

cabbage, carrot, soybeans, sweet potatoes

So try to incorporporate them in your diet and believe me you will get unexpected results.

Does Starving Helps To Get Slim

HELL NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a notion in the mind of 90% of the people .If you are not having that in mind then you are really smart. Starving is a method by which u inflict urself pain and nothing else. I have seen young people taking one or two meals through out the day thinking they will get slim with help of this.
Now u would think not eating means taking in less calories and when our body will be deficient of the calories then it will get energy by burning the fat stored in ur body but our body follow a different mechanism if you get less calories then our body will activate "the starvation mode" in this mode ur metabolism decreases drastically due to which you loose less fat so u can say that you are inflicting urself to lot of pain and getting less results .
You would be thinking that what is the better way to loose fat. The best way is Diet control just try to eat good food , even there are some foods which are called "fat burning food" which burns more calories then what they give. i will elaborate in my next post.
